Delete Your Data

This page explains how to delete the data WisePPC holds about you or your connected accounts. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

Remove a connected account

  1. In WisePPC, open your connections and remove the account. WisePPC’s access stops at once.
  2. Remove WisePPC’s access on the platform too (see below).
  3. We delete the stored data of that account 30 days later, or sooner where the platform requires it. If you reconnect within those 30 days, your history returns.

We keep an account’s data only while a business profile still has a live connection to it.

Remove WisePPC’s access on the platform

  • Amazon: in Seller Central, under Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps; for Amazon Ads, in your Amazon account’s settings for apps you have authorized.
  • Google: in your Google Account permissions.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): in your Facebook settings, under Business Integrations, remove WisePPC. Facebook tells us, and we remove your Facebook identifiers at once and delete the remaining data within 30 days.
  • Microsoft Advertising: at account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal Microsoft accounts) or myapps.microsoft.com (work or school accounts).
  • TikTok: in TikTok for Business, remove WisePPC from your authorized apps.
  • Pinterest: in your Pinterest settings, under Security, remove WisePPC.
  • eBay: in your eBay account settings, remove WisePPC from your third-party app permissions.
  • Walmart: in Walmart Seller Center, regenerate or delete the API credentials you gave WisePPC.
  • Shopify: uninstall the WisePPC app in your Shopify admin.

Delete your WisePPC account

Email legal@wiseppc.com from the email address of your WisePPC account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request and delete your account and the data of its connected accounts within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing and tax records.

Ask us directly

You can ask us at any time to delete specific data sooner, or to confirm that it has been deleted. Email legal@wiseppc.com and tell us which account or data your request is about.

If you are a buyer or customer of a seller who uses WisePPC, please contact that seller. We will help them answer your request.
